Serviceberry

Serviceberry trees, also known as juneberries, are deciduous trees or shrubs found throughout the Northern Hemisphere. They produce beautiful white blossoms in the spring, which give rise to flavorful, red to purple-black, berrylike fruits in the summer. These fruits can be eaten raw or cooked in pies and are relished by both songbirds and people.
